1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of oraaminos.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from ORA Aminos (“ORA Aminos,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site or purchase from us. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that any purchase you make is lawful where you are located. We may request verification and may refuse or cancel an order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Research use only

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will handle, store and use each product in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and safe laboratory practice. We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, where we reasonably believe a product is intended for human or animal use.

4. Product information & certificates of analysis

We aim to describe every product accurately. Where we publish a certificate of analysis, it is issued by an independent third-party laboratory and reports the results for the specific lot tested; those figures apply to that lot only. Product images are for illustration, and labelling or packaging may vary between batches. Nothing on the Site is medical, scientific or legal advice.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly at support@oraaminos.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Orders, acceptance & cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, inaccurate order information or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7. Pricing, promotions & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Promotional offers, including multi-bottle and buy-one-get-one offers, apply as described at the time of purchase, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. ORA Aminos does not store your full payment card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

8. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

We ship from within the United States, and most orders ship the same or next business day. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Shipping options, charges and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the address you provided.

9. Shipment protection

Every order includes shipment protection at no extra cost. If a package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we will reship it at no additional charge. Contact support@oraaminos.com with your order number and we will take it from there.

10. Returns & refunds

Because our products are research compounds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will make it right, which may include a replacement or a refund.

11. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to purchasing, importing, possessing and using our products where you are. You agree not to resell, relabel or represent any ORA Aminos product as suitable for human or animal use.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site to break any law; submit false or misleading information; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; scrape, copy or harvest content or data without our written permission; or place an order on behalf of anyone who is not eligible under these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, product photography, graphics, logos and the ORA Aminos name, belongs to ORA Aminos or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, other than any specification published for a product’s lot in its certificate of analysis.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORA Aminos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the misuse, mishandling or improper storage of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORA Aminos from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers and our independent testing laboratory, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or performance.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ORA Aminos regarding the Site and your purchases. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If you take part in our Partner Program, our Affiliate Terms also apply.
