Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to join the Partner Program. You represent that all information you provide during signup is accurate, and that you have not previously had a partner account terminated by ORA Aminos, unless we expressly reinstate you in writing.

2. Independent Relationship

You participate in the Program as an independent referrer, not as an employee, agent, contractor, or joint venturer of ORA Aminos. You have no authority to bind ORA Aminos, make representations on our behalf, or hold yourself out as an official spokesperson or representative of ORA Aminos.

3. Your Referral Link & Brand Assets

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to share your unique referral link and to reference ORA Aminos’ product names accurately and in good faith. You may not alter our logos or trade dress, create derivative branding, or use our name or assets in any way that implies sponsorship or official endorsement beyond your role as a referral partner. This license ends automatically if your account is suspended or terminated.

4. Marketing & Content Guidelines

Because every ORA Aminos product is sold strictly for laboratory and research use, you agree that any content you create referencing ORA Aminos — posts, videos, messages, ads, or otherwise — will not:

• Suggest or imply that any product is suitable or intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or other in vivo use;
• Provide dosing, administration, or usage instructions directed at humans or animals;
• Claim that a product treats, cures, diagnoses, or prevents any disease or medical condition;
• Make unsubstantiated health, performance, or medical claims of any kind;
• Misrepresent commission rates, discounts, or program terms.

ORA Aminos does not pre-approve your content and is not responsible for it, but reserves the right to require edits or removal of content that violates these guidelines.

5. Required Disclosures

You must clearly disclose your material connection to ORA Aminos in any content where you share your referral link or code — for example, with “#ad,” “#affiliate,” or a plain-language statement such as “I earn a commission from this link.” You are responsible for complying with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent disclosure rules that apply to your audience.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You will not engage in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, fake or fraudulent orders, brand-name bidding in paid search, or any other practice intended to inflate or manipulate referral value. Violations of this section may result in forfeiture of associated commissions and immediate suspension of your account.

7. Commissions & Payouts

Current commission rates, the cookie/attribution window, minimum payout amount, and payout schedule are as posted on our Partner Program page and may be updated by ORA Aminos at any time. Commissions are calculated on completed, non-refunded orders; cancellations, returns, refunds, and chargebacks will be deducted from your referral value. ORA Aminos may withhold, delay, or decline to pay any commission where we have a good-faith belief that it was generated in violation of these Terms.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions or other payments you receive through the Program. Where required by law, ORA Aminos may request tax information (such as a W-9 or equivalent) before releasing a payout.

9. Suspension & Termination

ORA Aminos may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your referral link will be deactivated and your license to use our brand assets ends immediately. Commissions tied to fraudulent or policy-violating activity may be forfeited.

10. Confidentiality

Non-public information you receive through the Program — including commission structures, dashboard data, and internal communications — is confidential and may not be shared with third parties or used outside of your participation in the Program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORA Aminos and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your conduct as a partner, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Partner Program is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of referral volume, commission earnings, or continued availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORA Aminos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ORA Aminos operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We encourage partners to contact us directly at support@oraaminos.com to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing other remedies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
