The Certificate of Analysis for each tested batch is published on the product page and on our COA page, showing the measured purity, identity confirmation, net peptide content and appearance.
What is a Certificate of Analysis and how do I read it?
It is the lab document behind one specific batch. Purity is the measured percentage by HPLC. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected molecular weight. Net peptide content is how many milligrams of actual peptide are in the vial. Appearance should match the product description. Every certificate is tied to a lot number and dated.
What is ORA Aminos H₂O?
Sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It is a standard laboratory supply used in research settings, and we carry it in the accessories section.
How should I store the lyophilized product?
Lyophilized peptides are very stable. Under three months, room temperature in a cool, dark place is fine. For longer, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Stored properly they stay stable for two years or more.

What is your return and refund policy?
Every order includes damage protection. If your product arrives damaged in transit, send us photos and we'll ship a one-time replacement. Claims need photo evidence and are subject to review, one replacement per customer per order. Reconstituted products aren't eligible, and we can't cover misuse or improper storage after delivery.
